This episode is different to past episodes as I give an overview of and share the values, vision, and mission of Raising Consciousness.
Our primary objective is to raise human consciousness and move humanity forward in order to create a better world for current and future generations. I deeply believe that leaving the world in a better place than when we found it is our moral obligation and duty as human beings, and it just so happens that this podcast and business is one of the ways that I’ve decided to do so.
We’re guided by what I call humanity-first values, which include love, kindness, gratitude, growth, contribution, and optimism. These values drive our actions and decision-making processes and serve as reminders as to what matters. I believe that by embodying these values, we can make a positive impact in the world for the betterment of humanity. I believe that they are at the centre of humanity and will lead us back to what it means to be human.
We own and operate several projects and brands that align with our overall mission. One of our main projects is JustGratitude, a humanity-first lifestyle brand that aims to inspire individuals to become a better version of themselves. The purpose of this project is to promote and bring more light to our humanity-first values and reshape culture. Just imagine, if we started to speak about and embody these values more in society – the world would be a much better place.
Another project is THNKDFFRNT, a Humanity-Plus business and career consultancy. Through THNKDFFRNT, we guide and support businesses, brands, and individuals, including influencers and sports professionals, to create businesses and careers that have a positive impact on society.
In addition, to these two projects, we also have plans to have a strong focus on sports and its ability to impact people’s lives. We have plans to start a new project called Zonal Academy, which involves building football clubs and academies that not only develop talented football players but also instil humanity-first values in them.
As we grow and develop it’s important to create a thriving workplace culture where work feels like play. We strive to create an environment where individuals can bring their strengths, skills, gifts, talents, passions, interests, and ideas into the world, without being restricted or confined by traditional norms or the status quo!
We aim to create experiences, products, and services that have a meaningful and positive difference in all of the lives of our customers and clients and by doing so create a positive and impactful ripple effect throughout their communities which contributes to the overall betterment of society. We envision a more conscious, awake, and aware world, where individuals feel empowered to be their authentic selves and live fulfilling lives.
Additionally, we are committed to sustainability and eco-consciousness. We recognise the importance of taking care of the planet we call home and strive to make a significant difference by creating something that will live on forever.
At the end of this episode, I share a manifesto that summarises our vision and values. It highlights our desire to create a company where individuals can thrive, express themselves freely, and work towards a common goal of creating a better world. We are always open for people to join us on this journey and make a positive difference in the world.
